**Location:** Mantua, OH (Primary) / Hiram, OH (Occasional Travel Required)
**Pay Rate:** $23.00 per hour
**Schedule:** Night Shift (Training will be conducted on Day Shift)

### Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for an individual who is drug-free, dependable, and eager to learn. The Maintenance Technician will assist with maintaining equipment, troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting facility operations. The primary work location will be Mantua, with occasional travel to the Hiram facility as needed.
### Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
* Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
* Complete preventative maintenance tasks according to schedules.
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
* Document maintenance activities and repairs.
* Respond to equipment breakdowns and production support needs.
* Work with team members and supervisors to improve equipment performance.
* Travel occasionally to the Hiram location when required.
### Qualifications
* Previous maintenance experience is required.
* Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
* Strong attendance and reliability.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Must be able to pass a drug screen.
* Must have reliable transportation to Mantua and Hiram locations when needed.
### Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
* Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
