Pay: $16.00–$18.00/hr + Shift Premium
2nd Shift: +15%
3rd Shift: +10%
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing and tolling environment in Marietta, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality work, safety, and teamwork while operating modern production equipment.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production lines in a manufacturing/tolling environment
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent production output
Perform quality inspections and process-control checks throughout production
Adhere to ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and all safety protocols
Work in both production and warehouse areas as needed
Operate forklifts and safely handle raw materials and finished goods
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Communicate and collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve production issues
Ensure materials are handled safely and efficiently throughout the process
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
Prior experience in manufacturing or tolling production environments
Forklift experience or certification (required or ability to obtain)
Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentation
Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 quality standards
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and standing for extended periods
Strong and consistent work history
Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented attitude
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Experience in tolling or chemical/manufacturing process environments
Quality assurance or process control training/certification
Knowledge of GMP standards
Additional equipment or forklift certifications
Familiarity with workplace safety and compliance standards
