Mancan Staffing – Marietta is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Operators to join a growing manufacturing team!

The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow processes while maintaining high-quality standards.
⚙️ Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor production equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistent production
• Perform quality checks and process inspections throughout production
• Follow ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and all safety procedures
• Assist with production and warehouse operations as needed
• Operate forklifts and safely handle materials and finished products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Ensure materials are handled safely and efficiently
🧰 Qualifications:
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Forklift experience required or ability to obtain certification
• Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentation
• Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented work ethic
