• 2 Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 2 Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• 3 Days Off
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Extrusion Operator to run and monitor an extrusion line, producing high-quality film products while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying busy and working with machinery in a manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do
• Operate and set up extrusion equipment
• Monitor product quality, including gauge, width, color, and finish
• Follow production schedules and accurately record basic production data
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, reporting downtime promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with changeovers and other general production duties as needed

What We're Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous manufacturing experience and/or forklift certification is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret work orders
• Basic math, measuring, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods
