A growing Sebring-area manufacturer is seeking dependable and motivated individuals for a 1st Shift Packer position. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and are looking for steady, full-time employment.
**Job Duties:**
* Package finished products according to company specifications
* Inspect products for quality before packing
* Label, sort, and prepare orders for shipment
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Follow all safety and quality procedures
* Assist with other production duties as needed
**Requirements:**
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
* Strong attention to detail
* Dependable attendance and punctuality
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Schedule:**
* Monday through Friday
* 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
**Pay Rate:**
* $17.00 per hour
