💰 Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
🕗 Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Mancan Staffing in Chardon is partnering with a well-established facility in Chagrin Falls to find an experienced Senior Accountant to join their team!
✨ What You'll Do:
✅ Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Billing functions
✅ Support payroll, benefits administration, workers' compensation, and 401(k) programs
✅ Monitor daily cash activity and manage online banking
✅ Approve weekly Accounts Payable payment runs
✅ Perform month-end close processes and financial statement preparation
✅ Maintain general ledger, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet accounts
✅ Manage Avalara sales tax software and multi-state sales tax compliance
✅ Prepare reports for ownership and leadership
✅ Interview, hire, and supervise accounting department staff
🎯 Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
✔ 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
✔ Experience with multi-state sales tax compliance
✔ Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
✔ NetSuite experience is a plus!
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality
