🛠️ Unit Turn Technician / General Maintenance Technician
Pay: $16.00–$18.00/hr (Based on Experience & Skillset)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift
On-Call: Required after ~4 weeks of training (rotating schedule)
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Unit Turn Technician to join a growing property management team. This role plays a key part in preparing apartment homes for new residents by completing repairs, updates, and general maintenance between move-outs and move-ins.

🏡 What You’ll Do
Prepare vacant apartment units for new residents (turnover work)
Complete general repairs and maintenance between occupancy cycles
Replace fixtures, blinds, hardware, light bulbs, and other components
Perform touch-up painting and minor unit improvements
Assist with appliance installation, troubleshooting, and basic repairs
Inspect units to ensure they meet move-in quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of common areas and grounds as needed
Respond to maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Support the team through on-call maintenance rotation after training
🔧 What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in maintenance, handyman work, construction, or property maintenance preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general repairs
Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, climbing, kneeling) throughout the shift
