**Position:** Slitter/Rewinder Inspector Operator
**Location:** Sebring, OH
### Schedule
**Friday - Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM**
**Get Paid for 40 Hours While Working 36 Hours!**
Train on Days Monday-Thursday 6a-4p $19 an hr. Then once moved to the weekend shift $20 an hr!!
### Responsibilities
* Ensure safe and proper daily operations.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Set up equipment according to job specifications.
* Perform quality inspections before and during production runs.
* Identify and isolate products that do not meet quality standards.
* Provide required customer quality samples.
* Accurately maintain production records and information systems.
* Label products according to customer and company specifications.
* Promote positive communication and teamwork throughout the facility.
* Complete all duties assigned by the Supervisor and Plant Manager.
### Requirements
* Strong desire to learn and excel in the position.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate concerns and issues effectively.
* Ability to read and interpret written instructions and technical procedures.
* Lift up to 75 lbs frequently.
* Ability to stand for extended periods.
* Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler accurately.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments.
