CNC Operator

Northfield Mancan is assisting a company in Twinsburg who is looking for CNC Machinist. This will be a 1st shift 7am-3:30pm and the pay is based on exp.
CNC Operators oversee the daily functions of CNC machines, including setup, programming, and operation. They interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production, perform test runs, and monitor machines during operation to maintain quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary training or certification in CNC operation is advantageous
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files
• Knowledge of CNC programming basics, including G-Code and M-Code
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM machines
• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle machinery and materials safely , employee may be asked to assist in different areas of the company as needed. All candidates will be crossed trained in order to maintain production levels where needed.
