Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer support and assistance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop valuable skills in customer service.

Duties:
• Provide excellent customer support via phone and email
• Utilize professional phone etiquette to assist customers with inquiries and concerns
• Communicate effectively in English to serve a diverse customer base
• Handle transactions with accuracy and professionalism
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain customer records
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Utilize computerized systems to process orders and track inventory

Requirements:
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
• Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
• Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accuracy in financial transactions
• Basic computer skills for data entry and utilizing computerized systems
• Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous but not required
