Mancan is currently looking for Food Runners for an assignment in Naples taking place from starting Sat 5/16.
Full time - $18 per hour
JOB DESCRIPTION:
involves swiftly delivering food from kitchen to tables, clearing and sanitizing tables, resetting them for new guests, and supporting servers by restocking supplies (utensils, napkins), ensuring a clean dining area, and helping maintain smooth restaurant operations, requiring speed, teamwork, and a strong work ethic for a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Food Delivery: Quickly and accurately run food, beverages, and condiments from the kitchen to the correct tables.
-Table Maintenance: Clear dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware; wipe down tables and chairs with sanitizing cloths; reset tables to restaurant standards.
-Support Staff: Assist servers and kitchen staff as needed, restocking bussing stations with clean plates, utensils, and napkins.
-Cleanliness: Sweep and clean floors, empty trash cans, and maintain overall cleanliness of the dining room and service areas.
-Guest Needs: Respond to guest requests for extra napkins, condiments, or water refills.

-Teamwork: Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with servers and kitchen staff.
-Attention to Detail: Ensuring orders are correct and tables are perfectly set.

-Basic Knowledge: Understanding of food safety and hygiene.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Fast-paced, busy restaurant setting.
Requires working nights, weekends, and holidays.
May involve flexible or part-time scheduling.
