Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cobot-Robot Welder / Processor to join our manufacturing team in the Vienna area. This position involves operating and supporting robotic welding and processing equipment while ensuring quality, safety, and production goals are met. The ideal candidate will have experience with plasma and oxy-fuel cutting operations, blueprint reading, and structural steel fabrication.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate and assist with robotic welding and processing equipment.
Perform material processing using oxy-fuel and plasma cutting equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T specifications.
Layout flat and radial shapes for processing and fabrication.
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Work with structural steel components and rolled shells.
Follow production schedules and meet customer requirements.
Assist with equipment setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and productivity.
Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Experience & Knowledge
Knowledge of oxy-fuel and plasma cutting operations.
Working knowledge of material cutting using both oxy-fuel and plasma processes.
Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16".
Ability to layout both flat and radial shapes for processing.
Familiarity with structural steel components and rolled shells.
Blueprint reading skills, including GD&T interpretation.

Ability to adapt and remain flexible to meet changing production and customer demands.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and climb stairs throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds following established safety procedures.
Ability to safely use ladders and other required equipment.
Additional Requirements
Must be drug-free.
