💰 Pay: $13.50/hour
🕐 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Parkersburg Mancan is partnering with a local roofing company that is looking for a hardworking, dependable Groundskeeper to help maintain and improve several acres of company property.
If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in keeping a property clean and well-maintained, this could be a great opportunity for you!
🌱 WHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform general groundskeeping and property maintenance
Operate lawn mowers, weed eaters, leaf blowers, and other landscaping equipment
Mow and maintain grass around buildings, fences, and landscaping areas
Trim weeds, brush, and overgrown areas
Remove debris and maintain a clean property
Assist with seasonal cleanup, including leaves and storm debris
Perform minor outdoor maintenance and upkeep as needed
Help maintain a safe, clean, and professional appearance throughout the property
Follow all safety procedures when operating equipment and performing outdoor work
Complete other duties as assigned
✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor labor experience preferred
Ability to safely operate lawn mowers, weed eaters, leaf blowers, and similar equipment
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
Positive attitude and willingness to work
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
💪 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move around for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to work on your feet throughout the workday
Comfortable performing physically active outdoor work
