Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $13.50/hr
Job Summary
A local roofing company is seeking a hardworking and dependable Groundskeeper to help maintain and improve several acres of company property. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in keeping grounds looking their best.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform general groundskeeping and property upkeep
• Operate lawn mowers, weed eaters, leaf blowers, and other landscaping equipment
• Mow grass, trim around buildings, fences, and landscaping features
• Remove weeds, brush, and debris from the property
• Assist with seasonal cleanup, including leaf removal and storm debris cleanup
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional appearance of the grounds
• Perform minor outdoor maintenance tasks as assigned
• Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment and working outdoors
Qualifications
• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate lawn mowers, weed eaters, and other landscaping equipment
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors throughout the day
