What You'll Do
• Recruit, interview, and place candidates in rewarding career opportunities
• Visit local businesses and develop strong client relationships through sales calls
• Match qualified candidates with the right employers
• Maintain communication with clients and employees throughout the staffing process
• Manage multiple priorities while providing outstanding customer service
• Help grow the office through relationship-building and business development
