Mancan Staffing is assisting a manufacturing facility in Navarre that is looking for a dependable Machine Helper to join their team! Candidates will be working as a Hooper Helper.
💲 Pay: BOE
⭐ PLUS a $1.55/hour Attendance Bonus if you work all scheduled hours for the week!
🕕 Shift:
Monday – Friday
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Job Duties Include:
✔ Assist machine operators with daily production tasks
✔ Load and unload materials onto machines
✔ Stack, package, and move finished products
✔ Inspect products for quality defects
✔ Maintain a clean and organized work area
✔ Follow safety procedures and company policies
✔ Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance
✔ Use measuring tools and follow production specifications
✔ General labor and material handling duties as needed
Requirements:
✔ Manufacturing or machine shop experience preferred (but not required)
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
✔ Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Reliable attendance and transportation
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Willingness to learn machine operation and production processes
