Industrial Maintenance Technician – Monongahela, PA

Position Overview
The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment such as presses, furnaces, grinders, saws, cranes, forklifts, and overhead lighting
Repair and replace motors, belts, pulleys, bearings, and other mechanical components
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems ranging from **110–480 VAC**
Maintain and repair pneumatic (air) tools
Support overall equipment reliability and minimize downtime
Required Qualifications (Most Important)
Candidates must have strong experience in the following areas:
*Understanding of 3-phase power systems
Previous experience in heavy industrial environments
General computer literacy (maintenance systems, logs, or basic software use)*
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with natural gas furnaces
Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools
Additional electrical troubleshooting experience in industrial settings
Compensation
Starting pay: **$24.20/hour**
Pay may increase based on experience and skill level
Physical Requirements
Ability to operate hand and power tools
Comfortable working in a heavy industrial environment
Standing, lifting, and performing hands-on maintenance tasks throughout the shift
