Northfiele Mancan is assisting a company in East Cleveland who is looking for experience Phosphate Coating Line Operators. The position is 1st shift 7am-3:30pm and the starting pay will be based on experience. The phosphate coating line operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the phosphate coating line, ensuring that all products are coated to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain the phosphate coating line
Ensure that all products are coated to the highest quality standards
Monitor the line for any issues and troubleshoot as necessary
Perform routine maintenance on the line
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Requirements:
Manufacturing background
Willingness to get dirty
Familiarity with phosphate coating is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
