Mancan Staffing is partnering with a manufacturing facility in Concord, OH to hire dependable and motivated individuals for a 1st Shift CNC Machine Operator / Production Associate position. Schedule
🕗 Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
✅ 20-minute paid lunch break
Pay
💲 $18.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities
* Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently
* Remove finished products from the production line
* Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
* Apply adhesive and glue foam edges as required
* Assemble foam products according to specifications
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
* Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
* Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Reliable attendance and punctuality
* Previous manufacturing or CNC experience is helpful but not required—we're willing to train motivated candidates!
