Massillon Mancan is Hiring – Bindery & Shipping Associate
Pay: Based on experience
Massillon Mancan is seeking a dependable Bindery & Shipping Associate for a full-time, first-shift position in Massillon. This is an on-site role with paid on-the-job training provided.
Responsibilities:
• Measure, cut, trim, fold, sort, drill, and bind printed materials
• Operate bindery equipment and ensure machines are functioning properly
• Package finished products for shipment
• Assist with shipping and receiving (FedEx, UPS, and USPS experience is a plus)
• Maintain quality standards with strong attention to detail
• Troubleshoot minor production issues and manage multiple projects efficiently
Schedule:
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Qualifications:
• Previous bindery experience is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation to Massillon, OH
