💰 Pay:** Starting at $24.00/hour + Incentive
🕕 Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Overtime as needed

Mancan Staffing is seeking an experienced Metal Fabricator / Welder for a great opportunity with a local manufacturing facility. If you have strong welding and fabrication skills, can read blueprints, and enjoy hands-on work, we want to hear from you!
🔧 Job Responsibilities
* 📐 Read and follow mechanical blueprints and technical drawings to accurately fabricate metal components.
* ⚙️ Operate power tools, plasma cutters, and machining equipment to cut, shape, and finish metal materials.
* 🔥 Perform welding and fabrication work according to production and quality specifications.
* 🛠️ Work with sheet metal and other metal materials in a manufacturing environment.
* 🧹 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
* 🦺 Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of materials, equipment, and welding gases.
* 🤝 Collaborate with other team members to complete fabrication projects accurately and on schedule.
* ✅ Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
🎯 Qualifications
* Previous metal fabrication and/or welding experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or construction environment.
* Knowledge of welding processes such as MIG, TIG, FCAW, SMAW, and gas metal arc welding.
* Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and mechanical prints.
* Experience with sheet metal fabrication and metalworking
* Familiarity with power tools, plasma cutters, and fabrication equipment.
* Strong understanding of welding and fabrication safety procedures.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication, attention to detail, and reliability.
* Must have steel-toe boots and dependable transportation.
