**Location:** Girard, OH
**Pay:** $16.00+/hour (Based on Experience)
**Shift:** Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
*Shift may change to 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM based on business needs.*
**Status:** Temp-to-Hire
Mancan Staffing is seeking a dependable **Cleaning & Packing Associate** for a manufacturing company in Girard, Ohio. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are cleaned, inspected, packaged, and shipped accurately while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
### Job Responsibilities
* Monitor customer shipping requirements and delivery promise dates to help maximize on-time shipments and monthly production goals.
* Prepare transportation and shipping documents.
* Operate equipment to clean, sort, pack, and load customer products.
* Inspect products prior to packaging to ensure quality standards are met.
* Organize and stage shipments for timely delivery.
* Maintain accurate inventory levels.
* Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
* Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
* Work with the production team to meet daily shipping and production schedules.
### Qualifications
* Previous manufacturing, warehouse, packing, or shipping experience is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Dependable with excellent attendance.
* Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
* Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
### Schedule
* Monday–Friday
* **7:00 AM – 3:00 PM**
* May switch to **5:00 AM – 1:00 PM** based on production needs.
### Pay & Benefits
* **Starting at $16.00/hour and up**, depending on experience.
* Temp-to-Hire opportunity with long-term potential.
