**Location:** Girard, OH
**Pay:** **$16.00–$19.00/hour** (Based on Experience)
**Total Starting Compensation:** Approximately **$47,000–$67,000 Annually**
**Shift:** Monday–Friday | **7:00 AM – 3:00 PM**
*Shift may change to **5:00 AM – 1:00 PM** based on production needs.*

Mancan Staffing is seeking a **Machine Operator** for a leading manufacturing facility in Girard, Ohio. This opportunity is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are looking to build a long-term career. The company offers hands-on training with opportunities for advancement as employees develop additional skills and operate more complex equipment.
### Job Responsibilities
* Set up and operate a variety of Cold Heading Machines used to manufacture precision formed products.
* Operate multiple machines simultaneously while maintaining production efficiency.
* Read and interpret blueprints for machine setup and part specifications.
* Inspect finished parts and tooling to ensure all quality standards are met.
* Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
* Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
* Work with Engineering and Management to improve production processes and tooling.
* Maintain accurate production documentation.
* Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment and tooling organized.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
* Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures.
### Qualifications
* Mechanical aptitude required.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints is preferred.
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to operate multiple machines simultaneously.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing quality parts.
* Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
### Schedule
* **Monday–Friday**
* **7:00 AM – 3:00 PM**
* *May switch to **5:00 AM – 1:00 PM** based on production needs.*
### Pay & Benefits
* **$16.00–$19.00 per hour**, based on experience.
