A recycling center in Austintown is seeking a dependable Sorter to join their team! This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a stable, dayshift position with the potential to become a permanent employee.
Position: Sorter
Location: Austintown, OH
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Status: Temp-to-Hire
Job Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the efficient operation of the recycling center by handling and processing plastic materials
• Place plastic pieces onto a conveyor belt for sorting and processing
• Inspect materials for contaminants and remove non-recyclable items
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures
Requirements:
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
