🔧 Maintenance Technician Needed – Athens, OH!
Mancan is now hiring a Building Maintenance Technician for a great company in the Athens area!
The ideal candidate will have previous experience performing general maintenance, including plumbing, painting, groundskeeping, and basic electrical troubleshooting. This position offers primarily first-shift hours, with the opportunity for additional hours on special projects if desired.
Job Duties:
Perform general building and facility maintenance
Complete basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
Paint and perform routine touch-ups
Maintain grounds and outdoor areas
Troubleshoot basic electrical issues
Provide excellent customer service while interacting with staff and tenants
Assist with special maintenance projects as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Valid driver's license
Flexible schedule
Previous customer service experience
Experience with plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
Pay:
$15.00
