Do you have an eye for detail and take pride in making sure products meet the highest quality standards? If so, Mancan has an excellent opportunity for you! We're looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team where your attention to detail truly makes a difference.
What You'll Do:
✅ Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
✅ Inspect incoming raw materials before production begins.
✅ Perform dimensional, mechanical, electrical, chemical, and performance testing.
✅ Conduct both destructive and non-destructive testing on products and materials.
✅ Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
✅ Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation.
✅ Assist with departmental quality audits and evaluate daily audit results.
✅ Work closely with production, engineering, and management teams to resolve quality concerns.
✅ Help improve manufacturing processes through standard work analysis.
What We're Looking For:
✔️ Ability to learn and use precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, tape measures, hardness testers, and color inspection equipment.
✔️ Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
✔️ Strong math skills, including calculating percentages, proportions, area, and volume.
✔️ Comfortable following written and verbal instructions while solving problems professionally.
✔️ Basic computer skills or willingness to learn company software.
✔️ Ability to obtain a forklift certification.
✔️ High School Diploma or GED preferred.
✔️ Strong attention to detail, dependability, and a commitment to producing quality work.
