πŸ’² Pay: Starting at $25.00/hour (commensurate with experience)

πŸ•— Schedule:
πŸ“… Monday – Friday
⏰ 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM
βœ… Full-Time (40 hours/week)
✨ Will consider 30–40 hours per week with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule

πŸ“‹ Job Responsibilities:
βœ… Answer and direct incoming phone calls
πŸ‘‹ Welcome visitors and manage front desk responsibilities
πŸ“¬ Sort and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail and manage faxes
πŸ’» Process accounts payable, including vendor invoices, coding, data entry, and filing
πŸ’° Reconcile vendor statements and process checks and ACH payments
πŸ“¦ Prepare daily shipments and customer invoices
πŸ–¨οΈ Order office supplies and perform general clerical duties
πŸ“ž Assist with accounts receivable by following up on customer payments
πŸ₯ͺ Coordinate company lunches, meetings, and special events
πŸ“Š Assist with Microsoft Word and Excel projects
🀝 Provide support to Customer Service and Human Resources as needed

βœ… Qualifications:
βœ”οΈ High School Diploma or GED required
βœ”οΈ 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
βœ”οΈ 3+ years of Administrative/Office experience
βœ”οΈ Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (Access is a plus)
βœ”οΈ Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
βœ”οΈ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
βœ”οΈ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional local travel
