Mancan Staffing's Chardon Office is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Mentor, OH to hire an experienced Administrative Assistant! If you have a strong background in accounts payable, office administration, and customer service, this is an excellent opportunity to join a professional team with competitive pay and great benefits.
π² Pay: Starting at $25.00/hour (commensurate with experience)

Monday β Friday
β° 8:15 AM β 4:45 PM

Full-Time (40 hours/week)
β¨ Will consider 30β40 hours per week with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule
π Benefits available for employees working 30+ hours per week
π Job Responsibilities:
β
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
π Welcome visitors and manage front desk responsibilities
π¬ Sort and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail and manage faxes
π» Process accounts payable, including vendor invoices, coding, data entry, and filing
π° Reconcile vendor statements and process checks and ACH payments
π¦ Prepare daily shipments and customer invoices
π¨οΈ Order office supplies and perform general clerical duties
π Assist with accounts receivable by following up on customer payments
π₯ͺ Coordinate company lunches, meetings, and special events
π Assist with Microsoft Word and Excel projects
π€ Provide support to Customer Service and Human Resources as needed

Qualifications:
βοΈ High School Diploma or GED required
βοΈ 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
βοΈ 3+ years of Administrative/Office experience
βοΈ Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (Access is a plus)
βοΈ Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
βοΈ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
βοΈ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional local travel
