⚙️ About the Position
We're looking for an experienced Advanced Electrical Assembler to join our production team! If you have experience reading electrical schematics, assembling electrical and mechanical components, and take pride in producing quality work, we'd love to hear from you.
🔨 Responsibilities
✅ Build and assemble complex electrical and mechanical components from engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions
✅ Perform precision wiring, soldering, crimping, and component installation
✅ Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues
✅ Perform functional testing and quality inspections
✅ Operate hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and testing equipment
✅ Maintain accurate production and material records
✅ Support continuous improvement initiatives
✅ Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
✅ Perform other duties as assigned
✔️ Qualifications
🔹 Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics (Required)
🔹 Experience with electrical and mechanical assembly
🔹 Skilled in wiring, soldering, crimping, and component installation
🔹 Ability to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues
🔹 Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
🔹 Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
⭐ Preferred
➕ Experience improving assembly processes and production efficiency
🎓 Education
📖 High School Diploma or equivalent
