Maintenance Mechanic

Canton Mancan is assisting a local company in hiring a Maintenance Mechanic
**Minimum of 3 years of Industrial Maintenance Experience.
** HS Diploma or Equivalent
**Knowledge of Mechanic Systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and 3-Phase Electrical Systems
** Ability to troubleshoot Industrial Equipment and Use Hand AND Power Tools
** OSHA 30-Hour Training/Certification a plus
** 1st shift, 7am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday
** $18-$24 per hour based on experience and skill level.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*Peform Preventative maintenance on production equipment and facillity systems.
* Troubleshot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
*Maintain and Repair 3-Phase equipment up to 480 Vaults
* Replace motors, bearings, belts, gear boxes, pumps, sensors, and other machine components.
*Read and interpret electrical schematics, manuals, and mechanical drawings
*Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
*Install, relocate and assist with new equipment set-up
*Maintain shop utilities, including air compressors, lighting, overhead door and basic building systems.
* Complete work orders and Preventative maintenance records accurately
*Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety and lockout/tagout procedures
*Assist with spare parts inventory and recommend equipment improvements.
*Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
*Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
