Our client is seeking a Full-Time Truck & Equipment Mechanic to join their team in Mineral Wells, WV. What You'll Do
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel trucks and heavy equipment.
• Perform repairs on diesel engines, brake systems, transmissions, and drivetrain components.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems.
• Complete preventative maintenance and inspections to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair needs.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a strong plus but not required.
What We're Looking For
• Experience working on diesel engines and heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of brake systems, transmissions, drivetrain components, and hydraulics.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs independently.
• Welding experience is a bonus.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
