Job Description:
Mancan is seeking an experienced Welder for a day shift position in the Heath area. This is a great opportunity for individuals with welding experience who take pride in producing high-quality work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
• Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding (depending on experience)
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate welding equipment and hand tools safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures

Qualifications:
• Previous welding experience required
• Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
