We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Secret Shopper. In this role, you’ll pose as a regular customer, make purchases or use services, and discreetly evaluate your experience. Your feedback helps businesses improve customer service—so yes, your opinions actually matter here.
To qualify, applicants must be between the ages of 21–25.
Responsibilities:
Visit assigned businesses and interact as a typical customer
Make purchases or use services as required
Observe and document all aspects of the customer experience.
Valid Driver's Liscense and Proof of Insurance. Complete evaluation forms, including standardized questions and written feedback
Maintain complete anonymity to ensure authentic results
Types of Assignments:
In-Person Visits: Retail stores, restaurants, and other establishments
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Schedule: One-day assignments at various locations
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.50per mile
Qualifications & Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
Excellent memory and ability to recall experiences accurately
. Clear and professional written communication skills
. Ability to follow detailed instructions and guidelines.
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
