Schedule: Hours will vary based on workload. This position may not always guarantee 40 hours per week; however, candidates who can operate heavy equipment and/or assist with general labor duties will have the opportunity for more consistent, full-time hours.

Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and safety-conscious CDL Class A Driver to join our team. This position involves operating a variety of commercial vehicles, including heavy dump trucks, tractor-trailers, and smaller semi trucks. The ideal candidate is flexible, willing to assist with job site duties when driving is not required, and has experience operating heavy equipment.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate heavy dump trucks, tractor-trailers, and smaller semi trucks.
Transport materials to and from job sites.
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Ensure loads are properly secured and transported safely.
Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, bulldozers, or skid steers (preferred).
Perform general labor duties including shoveling gravel, dirt, and other materials on construction sites.
Maintain clean and organized equipment and work areas.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members.
Ualifications:
Valid CDL Class A driver's license.
Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements.
Experience operating heavy dump trucks and tractor-trailers.
Heavy equipment operation experience is preferred.
Willingness to perform physical labor when not driving.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused.
Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
Preferred Skills: Some experience with operating heavy equipment would be great.
Construction, excavation, or road work experience.
Ability to perform general labor tasks to help keep projects moving efficiently.
