Monday – Thursday: 6:15 AM – 2:45 PM
Friday: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16.50/hour (Temp-to-Hire)

Mancan Staffing is currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join a growing team in Johnstown, Ohio, as an Assembly Associate in the Inserts Department.
This position plays an important role in the production of specialized tire patch inserts. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality, and want to be part of a supportive team environment, this could be the opportunity for you! Resume/Interview based

Job Responsibilities
• Assemble and prepare insert products according to company quality and safety standards
• Operate assembly equipment and tools as required
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as required
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
