Shipping & Inventory Associate
Massillon Mancan is assisting a local company in hiring a Shipping & Inventory Associate.
We're looking for a dependable, motivated individual who is ready to start in the shipping department and grow into a long-term career with this company. This position offers the opportunity to learn inventory management and purchasing for the right candidate.
Schedule:
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Starting Pay:
• Starting at $18.00/hour, with flexibility based on experience, work history, and references.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and ship outgoing orders.
• Lift and move boxes and materials as needed.
• Operate a stand-behind Combi-Lift forklift (experience preferred).
• Maintain an organized shipping area.
• Assist with inventory and warehouse operations.
• Learn additional responsibilities, including inventory management and purchasing, as you grow with the company.
Qualifications:
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Stand-behind Combi-Lift experience is a plus, but training and certification are available for candidates willing to learn.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative.
• Eager to learn new skills and grow within the company.
• Able to lift boxes and perform the physical duties of the position.
