Mancan Staffing is partnering with a leading landscaping company in the greater Barberton area and is hiring dependable, hardworking Landscapers to join their team. This is a full-time position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (weather dependent)
Job Responsibilities:
Mow lawns and maintain landscaped areas.
Apply mulch to flower beds and landscaped spaces.
Trim grass and weeds using weed eaters and other landscaping equipment.
Perform general landscape maintenance, including trimming, edging, and cleanup.
Plant flowers, shrubs, and other greenery as needed.
Safely operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment.
Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional.
Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to company standards.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license required.
Previous landscaping or related outdoor labor experience preferred.
Knowledge of landscaping equipment, tools, and basic maintenance techniques.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding work throughout the day.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
