## Position Overview

This is a **temp-to-hire opportunity** beginning at approximately **20–30 hours per week**. Additional hours may become available based on performance, reliability, and the ability to learn multiple areas of production.
On-site training will be provided for all assigned tasks.
## Job Responsibilities
* Assist with the assembly and production of home audio equipment.
* Follow detailed work instructions and production procedures.
* Inspect completed products for defects, inconsistencies, or quality concerns.
* Switch between a variety of production and warehouse tasks throughout the day.
* Use basic hand and power tools as required.
* Package, move, and organize products and materials.
* Maintain a clean and organized production facility.
* Follow all workplace safety procedures.
* Work independently and collaboratively with other team members.
* Report production or quality issues to management.
## Position Requirements
Candidates must be able to:
* Lift up to 60 pounds.
* Communicate effectively while working with others.
* Follow and apply instructions in a fast-paced environment.
* Move between different daily assignments as production needs change.
* Identify inconsistencies in production to help maintain product quality.
* Maintain dependable attendance and arrive on time for every scheduled shift.
* Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

## Preferred Qualifications
