**Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
**Pay:** $15.00 per hour

Mancan is currently hiring **Screen Printing Catchers** for a growing company in **Johnstown, OH**. Help produce custom apparel for well-known brands such as **Mac Tools, Homage, Victoria's Secret, and Build-A-Bear**!
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a positive attitude who is eager to learn a new trade in a fast-paced production environment.
### Job Duties
* Catch and stack printed t-shirts at the end of the dryer.
* Inspect shirts for quality and print defects.
* Organize and stack shirts neatly by size.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Work as part of a team to meet production goals.
### Growth Opportunity
This position offers the opportunity to advance into a **Screen Press Unloader** role, which may include **pay increases** based on performance, business needs, and your willingness to learn.
### Schedule
* **Starting Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
* As you become established with the team, you may transition to a **4-day schedule**:
* Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM **or**
* Tuesday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
### Requirements
* Positive attitude and dependable attendance.
* Willingness to learn new skills.
* Ability to stand throughout the shift.
* Attention to detail and quality.
* Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty—this position involves inks and can be messy.
