## **NOW HIRING: Water Jet Machine Operator – Minerva, OH**
**Train on 1st Shift • Move to 3rd Shift**
A growing manufacturing company in **Minerva, OH** is seeking a dependable **Water Jet Machine Operator** to join their team.
### **Pay:**
* **Training (1st Shift):** $17.00/hour
* **3rd Shift:** $17.25/hour (includes shift differential)
### **Schedule:**
* **Training:** 1st Shift
* **After Training:** **3rd Shift – Sunday night through Thursday night**
* **Hours:** **11:00 PM – 7:00 AM**
* **40 hours per week**
### **Responsibilities:**
* Operate and monitor water jet cutting equipment
* Read and interpret work orders and blueprints
* Load and unload materials safely
* Measure and inspect finished parts for quality
* Perform routine machine maintenance
* Maintain a clean and safe work area
* Follow all company safety and quality standards
### **Qualifications:**
* Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
* Ability to read measuring tools and follow detailed instructions
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for the duration of the shift
* Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
### **Requirements:**
* **Steel toe boots required**
* **Resume required**
* **Interview required**
* Must be able to complete training on **1st shift** before transitioning to **3rd shift**
