Customer Accounts Manager

Barberton Mancan is assisting a growing landscaping company in the greater Barberton area hiring an Accounts Manager.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $70,000-$90,000 per year (based on experience)
Full-time with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction, contract retention, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for commercial and residential landscaping clients.
Conduct property inspections and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
Manage contract renewals and resolve client concerns promptly.
Identify and sell landscape enhancements, prepare estimates, and present proposals.
Meet sales goals through contract renewals and enhancement projects.
Coordinate with field crews to ensure work meets client expectations and company standards.
Monitor job costs, labor, and materials to maintain profitability.
Coordinate subcontractors as needed for specialized services.
Maintain accurate client records, inspection reports, and CRM documentation.
Assist with billing issues, accounts receivable, budgeting, and revenue tracking.
Qualifications
:
Previous experience in landscaping, account management, property management, or a related field preferred.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Sales experience with the ability to identify and close enhancement opportunities.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize competing tasks.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
