Industrial Painter

Mancan is working with a company in Fredericktown looking for an experienced industrial painter. Pay is $22-$26/hour based on experience. Hours are Monday-Friday, 6am-4:30pm. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply paint coating to products
- Assure that the painting area is orderly, clean, and safe
- Maintain and repair painting equipment
- Help support the assembly floor to maintain the production schedule
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver license
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Knowledge of spray painting techniques. Prior experience with automotive or body shop painting is preferred.
- Knowledge of HazCom procedures, machine and equipment setup and operation, and machine and equipment safety
- Strong math skills and measurement skills. Must understand metric and English conversions and converting fractions to decimals
- The ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
