Mancan is currently looking for a bartendar to work at a country club resteruant in Estero.
The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to country club members and guests while creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This position prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintains bar cleanliness and inventory, and delivers outstanding customer service in accordance with club standards.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to members and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, equipment, and glassware.
• Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with local laws and club policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking and replenishing supplies.
• Process member charges and payments accurately using the club’s POS system.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage menus, specials, and club events.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Assist with banquet and special event beverage service as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
Qualifications
• Previous bartending experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, club, or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of standard cocktail recipes, beer, and wine service.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Alcohol service certification may be required depending on state regulations.
