Warehouse Associate

A Family owned Copley Company is seeking a positive and high energy candidate for their busy Warehouse.
Warehouse stocking, Packaging & Order Fulfillment – Would start out learning the process for Labeling and rolling posters, as well as bagging posters on cardboard in plastic sleeves. Would eventually incorporate order packing, palletizing and shipping as well.
Skills :
• Energetic, quick paced, self-motivated and a desire for constant improvement.
• The person will need to have excellent dexterity due to the labeling and rolling process.
• Good communications skills
• Ability to understand and quickly do basic math calculations to determine final order pricing and box sizes to use on orders.
• Must be able to lift and carry boxes up to 45 lbs. Most boxes weigh more in the range of 25-30 lbs., but maybe 20% weigh 45. The job requires physical stamina due to the amount of lifting/carrying.
Position would pay $15.00 with opportunity for increase with performance.
We offer Flexibility a 401K and Paid Vacation/Sick days after hire.
Hours: Monday-Friday - 9:00AM – 5:00PM – 30 min unpaid lunch break. 7.5hour work day 10 min paid break in morning and afternoon for employees working full day.
Must have own transportation.
