Mancan is seeking a dependable and hardworking candidate for a Warehouse Associate position. This is a hands-on role involving order preparation, inventory, forklift operation, loading and unloading, and general warehouse responsibilities.
SCHEDULE:
Full-time position
Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends when needed
Flexibility to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, and rain
JOB DUTIES:
• Prepare orders by pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area
• Repackage feed products as needed
• Load and unload delivery trucks
• Safely operate a forklift to move and warehouse products
• Assist with inventory counts and maintaining proper stock levels
• Complete required reports and paperwork
• Perform general office duties, including answering phones, filing, copying, and sorting paperwork
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Assist customers and report customer concerns to management
• Perform additional duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to frequently lift and carry heavy objects
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous forklift experience preferred
