💪 General Laborer – Clean-Out Crew 🧹🚛
Mancan is currently seeking hardworking General Laborers to join a company specializing in residential and commercial cleanouts. If you enjoy staying active, working with your hands, helping others, and don't mind getting a little dirty, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
✔ Remove debris, junk, and unwanted materials from homes, businesses, and job sites
✔ Load and unload trucks with materials and equipment
✔ Lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 100 pounds safely
✔ Clean and prepare work areas before and after projects
✔ Sort, organize, and properly dispose of materials
✔ Use hand tools and equipment as needed
✔ Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
✔ Follow all safety procedures and work efficiently as part of a team
Qualifications:
✅ Ability to lift up to 100 lbs on a regular basis
✅ Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
✅ Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
✅ Compassionate, respectful, and professional when interacting with customers, as you may be working in homes and assisting families during difficult situations
✅ Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Previous general labor, construction, demolition, moving, or clean-out experience is a plus, but not required—we're willing to train motivated candidates!
Schedule:
🕒 Work hours will vary depending on the job site. Shifts may be 5 or6 hours, and candidates must be flexible and available to work either shift length based on the daily schedule.
$ Pay: $15.00/PH,
