Customer Service Representative - Full Time

Mancan is working with a company in Mt Hope looking for a customer service representative. This is a temp to hire opportunity. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Pay starts at $17/hour with an increase to $17.50/hour once hired permanently, based on attendance and performance. This is NOT a remote position. Work is done in-office every day.
Job Duties:
- Utilize Excel to manage and organize customer-related data, orders, and other relevant information.
- Accurately enter customer data, orders, and inquiries into the company database.
- Handle incoming calls from customers, address their inquiries, and provide information about products, services, and policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval of important documents.
Qualifications:
- Basic Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively and respond professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and efficient customer service.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to handle customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to learn technical product knowledge. Training will be provided on product knowledge.
