Mancan Staffing is seeking a Retail Sales Clerk for our client in Milan, Ohio.
Duties:
• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Assist customers in selecting paints, stains, brushes, rollers, and other painting supplies.
• Mix and tint paint according to customer specifications using computerized color-matching equipment.
• Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves, organize inventory, and replenish merchandise.
• Load paint and supplies into customer vehicles when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor and warehouse. Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments.
• Follow all safety procedures for handling paints, stains, and chemicals.
• Answer customer questions regarding products, coverage, application techniques, and project recommendations.
• Assist with inventory counts and other store duties as assigned.
Customer Service Retail Qualifications:
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn about paint products and color matching.
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Some Saturdays are Mandatory
Pay - $16.00 to $17.00 based on experience
