What You'll Do
• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure every dish is cooked, plated, and presented with consistency and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation while following all food safety guidelines.
• Work efficiently during busy service periods, keeping up with high-volume orders without sacrificing quality.
• Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly.
• Monitor ingredient quality and notify management of any shortages or concerns.
• Assist with daily prep work, stocking stations, and kitchen cleanup.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly operate kitchen equipment.
What We're Looking For
• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-energy environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
