Mancan Staffing – Marietta is currently seeking a friendly and dependable Hostess to join a welcoming restaurant team!
As the first person guests meet, the Hostess plays an important role in creating a positive dining experience. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping keep restaurant operations running smoothly.
🌟 Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
Manage seating arrangements and waitlists to ensure smooth guest flow
Answer phones and assist with reservations as needed
Communicate with servers and management regarding table availability
Maintain an organized and welcoming host stand and waiting area
Assist with light cleaning and front-of-house duties
Provide excellent customer service from arrival through departure
Thank guests and create a positive final impression
💼 Qualifications:
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to stay calm and professional during busy periods
Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
