Production Worker

The General Production Associate supports the manufacturing of hydraulic, lube, and fuel filtration products. This position performs assembly, inspection, material handling, and basic machine operation while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.
Responsibilities:
Assemble and fabricate products following work instructions and specifications.
Operate production equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Inspect parts and finished products for quality using measuring tools and visual inspection.
Identify and report defects or production issues.
Move materials and maintain organized work areas.
Assist with machine setups, changeovers, and production support as needed.
Meet daily production and quality goals.
Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred but not required.
Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic drawings.
Experience using measuring tools such as calipers or gauges is a plus.
Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with industrial or hydraulic components is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Must pass drug testing.
Previous welding experience is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Stand and walk for extended periods.
Frequently lift 25- 50 lbs.
Perform repetitive motions, bending, stooping, and material handling.
Work in an industrial environment with machinery and noise.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
