Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and motivated Assembly Associates to join the Clickers Department at a rubber tire patch manufacturing facility. In this role, you will assemble and inspect rubber tire repair products while maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble rubber tire patch products according to work instructions.
• Operate basic production equipment used in the Clickers Department.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Package completed products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
