We are currently seeking candidates for a Manufacturing/Production Associate position. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working as part of a team, and contributing to a quality-driven production environment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform general production and assembly duties while following safety and quality standards
• Operate equipment and tools as needed
• Inspect products to ensure they meet company specifications
• Assist with material handling, organization, and maintaining a clean work area
• Follow work instructions and meet daily production goals
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
